Tillsammans med handskriften ligger ett andra korrektur  de sista
sidorna, vari ett postskriptum  Borgs brev är tillagt, som tydligen
inskrivits i första korr.  det bevarade korr. har Strindberg skrivit:
"Önskas tredje korr. för att  se det slutets udd icke blir avbruten
genom felaktig sättning. Sg." (I korr. är slutordet Bosch! skrivet i ett
stycke med det föregående.) Först i tredje korrekturet har slutet alltså
fått sin nuvarande form. I korr. 2 lyder det  följande sätt (under
brevslutet):
